When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the petitioner submitted a representation on 29.10.2024 and the same was duly considered and final order was passed by the respondent on 19.09.2025 in Na.Ka.Aa7/2615365/2024. The copy of the order passed by the respondent was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
