O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2019 in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent vide proceedings No.Na.Ka.60759/2007/A3 dated 20.11.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that six weeks time may be granted to the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 03.12.2019.

3. On consideration of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the basis of the contents of the report given by the second respondent dated 20.11.2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
