The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Third Respondent to grant the Disability Pension to the Petitioner as per the proceedings of the First Respondent in Letter R.C.No. 1347/ST 2/2019 dated 15.02.2019 in response to the representation dated 30.01.2019 made by the Petitioner. 2.The Third Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit stating he has by his proceedings Ni. Mu. No. 222/2019 dated 01.02.2019 passed orders granting pensionary benefits to the Petitioner and that the same is credited every month from March 2019 onwards in his Bank Account No. 20460100012425 in Kovoor Branch of Bank of Baroda and copy of the said proceedings has also been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed recoding the aforesaid subsequent developments. No costs.
