Mr.NRR Arun Natarajan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents i.e. R1 and R2, being the Commissioner and Joint Commissioner of HR&CE Department and R3, being the Assistant Commissioner/Executive Officer of the Arulmighu Angalamman Thirukoil, Melmalayanur, Villupuram District and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter. Thus, by consent expressed by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal even at the stage of admission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent i.e. the Joint Commissioner HR&CE Department to dispose her Original Application No. 6 of 2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Mr.Arun would confirm that the said application has indeed been received and is pending disposal. He would assure the Court that the application will be disposed within twelve weeks from today after hearing the petitioner as well as any other party that may be necessary for proper disposal of the same.

4. Recording the aforesaid, the mandamus sought for stands achieved and this writ petition is allowed. Let O.A.No.6 of 2019 be disposed within a period of twelve weeks from today after hearing the petitioner as well as any other party that may be necessary. No costs.
