ORDER

The report of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it reveals that P.W.2 to P.W.6 have already been examined and cross-examined. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has filed petitions under Sections 91 and 311 of Cr.P.C., which are now pending in Crl.M.P.Nos.2185 & 2186 of 2025. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that based on the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court, by order dated 19.06.2025, has extended the time for a period of three months for completion of the proceedings.
