ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.17007 of 2019 dated 22.10.2019. 2.While disposing the above said Writ Petition, this Court has directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.

3.During the course of hearing, Ms.E.Ranganayagi, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2019 has been considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law and the respondents have passed orders on 24.06.2022 and a copy of the said order was also communicated to the petitioner on 26.06.2022 under proper acknowledgment. She has also placed connected records before this Court.

4.On perusal of the same, this Court is satisfied with the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents.

5.In view of the fact that the respondents have passed orders on 24.06.2022 and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 26.06.2022, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this petition. 6.Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed. 18-07-2025 dn To
