O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.10.2019 made in W.P.No.17002 of 2019, under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 22.10.2019 in W.P.No.17002 of 2019 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he placed before this Court the proceedings of the third respondent dated 15.04.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said submission.
