ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the detenu viz. E.Vadivel, S/o. Eswaran, aged about 28 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Nothing survives in this habeas corpus petition, since the alleged detenu has actually been taken into custody on 20.04.2023 in Crime No.139 of 2023 by the Inspector of Police, Magudanchavady Police Station, Salem District, for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 IPC.
