The petitioner has preferred this Contempt Petition with a prayer to punish the respondent Nos.1 to 3 for non compliance of the orders passed by this Court on 15.11.2024 in W.P.No.11318 of 2012.

2. Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, has produced a copy of the G.O.(D).No.483, Health and Family Welfare (I-2) Department, dated May 08, 2025. The learned Government Advocate submits that the order dated November 15, 2024 made in W.P.No.11318 of 2012, has been complied with.

3. In view of the compliance with the order dated November 15, 2024, made in W.P.No.11318 of 2012, this Contempt Petition is hereby closed. No costs.
