Mr. R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider her application dated 21.04.2016 and issue patta, based on the documents, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of petitioner's application dated 21.04.2016, the 3rd respondent has not issued the patta yet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Mr. R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider petitioner's application and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.04.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
