Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed the petitioner reporting/appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders from 10.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12262 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders from 10.09.2020 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12262 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.12262 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
