Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2021 for transferring the petitioner to any of the Government Office in Cuddalore District on Medical and Humanitarian grounds and pass such further order or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2021 for transferring the petitioner to any of the Government Officer in Cuddalore District on Medical and Humanitarian grounds, within a time frame.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before it.

This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondents is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
