ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.07.2021.
2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint on 13.07.2021 against one D.Ravichandran seeking possession of the property in S.No.10114/2, Door No.69, Naineeyappa Naicken Sreet, Park Town, Chennai. According to the petitioner, his father leased the said property for 11 months to the said D.Ravichandran for the purpose of running a Yoga Training Centre. Thereafter, he refused to pay the rent from February 2016 and started to claim https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
right over the property as if he is the Managing Trustee of the property by creating fabricated documents. Hence, the petitioner's Sangham filed a suit in O.S.No.113 of 2007 before the VI Assistant City Civil Court for delivery of vacant possession and the same was decreed on 10.01.2018 and followed it by E.P.No. 2655 of 2018 and Possession of the property was handed over to the petitioner's Sangam on 21.01.2020.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry conducted and closed and copy of the Closure report has been sent to the petitioner on 09.08.2021 through registered post. He would further submit that counter petitioner had filed an I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.113 of 2007 stating that the petitioner herein had provided a false address, knowingly, and had obtained an ex-parte order, for which, enquiry is pending before the Registry of City Civil Court.
4. This Court considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on records carefully.
5. Considering the fact that since already enquiry has been conducted and the complaint of the petitioner was closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition . Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
