Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition (c ) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10698 of 2020 order dated 17.07.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10698 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.10698 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
