C.M.P. Nos.12217 & 12239 of 2021 in S.A. No.379 & 380 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J., These petitions are filed to bring on record the proposed appellants 4 to 6 as legal representatives of deceased third appellant in the above appeals.

2. Heard Mr. K.Venkatasubban, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Both the appeals have been preferred by same parties. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions that the third appellant died on 25.05.2021 leaving behind the proposed parties. Therefore, this Court has nothing to doubt the bonafides.
