The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he took steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, in which some of the legal heirs were left out.

Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the CMP.Nos.13733 to 13735 of 2018 to file fresh applications to implead the legal heirs of the second respondent.

2.In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellants, the civil miscellaneous petitions in CMP.Nos.13733 to 13735 of 2018 are dismissed as withdrawn.
