O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to release the lien marked on the account of the petitioner bearing Ac.No.614301015389 in ICICI Bank Ltd, Vellore Branch by resorting full access to the funds and thereby resume normal financial activities by considering the petitioner's email representation dated 14.05.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
