The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 13.11.2015 given by the petitioner and take appropriate actions against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against one Mahabujaman and Ismail on the allegation that they trespassed into the property of the petitioner and threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Though the complaint was lodged by the petitioner on 13.11.2015, no action was taken on the said complaint till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner a detailed enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, as the complaint given by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
