This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on the basis of her representation dated 31.08.2013.

2. Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta for the Government Poramboke land and her application would be considered in accordance with law.

3. In the light of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.8.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
