This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.1773 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.32107 of 2022 on 14.02.2023 to appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e.

on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 8.00 a.m.

until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
