Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2020 and 22.09.2020 and direct the respondents to issue Transfer Certificate to the petitioner for pursuing his education within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was rejected by the 3rd respondent by a letter dated 27.10.2020. The learned counsel submitted that an independent Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection letter issued by the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since the substantial issue will have to be considered in the fresh Writ Petition filed by thepetitioner, with regard to his entitlement to get back the transfer certificate, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed. No costs.
