ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.12.2016 and the subsequent representations and carry out the necessary correction in the revenue records and issue a joint patta in the name of the petitioner and his family members. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that he along with his family members are the absolute owners of certain agricultural lands. The lands originally stood in the name of Grand father of the petitioner and after his demise, the property was inherited by the petitioner and other family members. 3.

The further case of the petitioner is that both in the patta as well as in the Chitta, one particular survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Left with no other alternative, the present writ petition has been filed before this seeking for appropriate directions.
