O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 392 and 379 of I.P.C in Cr. No.1231 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per defacto complainant is that on 07.08.2020 the petitioners way the defacto complainant at knife point and robbed cell phone, cash, gold jewels, Silver Articles and ATM Cards belonging to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is a innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed cell phone, cash, gold jewels, Silver Articles and ATM Card belonging to the defacto complainant. He would further submit that this is the second anticipatory bail before this Court and the earlier petition in Crl.O.P.No.11939 of 2020 was dismissed and there is no change in circumstances and there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and 3 previous cases are similar in nature.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact and there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
