Earlier, this Court by an order dated 08.07.2019 granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of D.V.O.P.No.71 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Salem within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such deposit being made, the respondent/wife will be entitled to withdraw the same. This Court had further imposed a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.18,000/- towards ad-interim maintenance from 21.02.2019 to 31.07.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and thereafter, he shall continue to deposit a sum of Rs.3000/- per month before 10th of every English calender month.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as on date, the petitioner has not complied with the said order.
3. In view of the above, the interim stay granted by this court by an order dated 08.07.2019 stands vacated. Further, the liberty is granted to the respondent to take necessary steps to proceed in accordance with law for recovery of the amount.
