This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to substitute the petitioners as legal representatives of deceased petitioner and array them as petitioners 1 to 5 in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard Mr.S.Giridharan, learned counsel appearing for the proposed petitioners.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
