ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation, requesting the respondents 1 to 4 not to transfer the patta for the property of the petitioner till the disposal of the suit pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2023 will be disposed of by the concerned respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2023 and after issuing notice to the 5th & 6th respondents, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
