Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an application under section 148 of the Civil Procedure Code for extension of time granted by the Trial Court in I.A.No.262 of 2012, dated 6.1.2016. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the Civil Revision Petition.
