ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the prohibitory orders passed by the first respondent Corporation on 27.12.2023 vide No.CBE/RECY/CP-4/56/108963/0606 to the second and third respondents and to quash the same in accordance with law expeditiously within the stipulated time.

2. The matter was listed today under the caption for withdrawal at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
