Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 24.06.2020 to issue separate patta in favour of petitioner for the extent of 3 1⁄2 cents of land comprised in old survey No.349/3, New Survey No.359/21 situated at No.10, Kumaravadi Village, Ambedkar Street, Madhuranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 24.6.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of separate patta in her favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr. E.Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent has already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and fixed the date of enquiry on 16.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
