ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner, over and above the names of the directly recruited Inspectors of Fisheries, included in the approved Panel for recruitment by transfer to the Post of Assistant Director of Fisheries for the year 2015-2016 and to promote the petitioner to the said post with effect from the date of promotion of the empanelled Inspectors of Fisheries and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner , by also applying the ratio laid down by the Honourable Division Bench of this Honourable Court in the Judgment dated 14.9.2016 in W.A. No.983 of 2015 and Batch Cases.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Assistant Director of Fisheries in G.O.(D).No.190, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (FS2) Department dated 27.07.2020.
3. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner was redressed and consequently, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
