CMP No.220 of 2016 is filed to condone the delay of 1431 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above appeal.

2.CMP No.221 of 2016 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above appeal. 3.CMP No.222 of 2016 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 2 to 5 in the above appeal.

4.M.P.No.1 of 2011 is filed to condone the delay of 540 days in filing the above appeal.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the above applications.

6. These applications are not opposed by the other side by filing any counter.

7.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions and on being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered.
