Mr..S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to

dispose of his representation dated 12.06.2014 for subdivision and individual patta.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2014 to the 1st respondent, the respondents have not sub divided the land and issued individual patta. 4.

Mr..S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that in the event of the petitioner giving a fresh representation to the respondents 4 and 5 , the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents 4 and 5, for issuance of separate patta and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents 4 and 5, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to consider the same and pass orders, with regard to the sub division and issuance of separate patta on payment of necessary charges, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
