Considering the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, by letter dated 22.11.2022, seeking further extension of 6 months time to dispose of the CMP.No.3810/2022 pending on his file as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25212/2022 dated 20.09.2022, we hereby grant two months further time to dispose of the same. It is made clear that no further time extension shall be given.
