ORDER

The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 80, 108 of BNS 2023 (304B, 306 of IPC), in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks

anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.not known, since the wife of the 1 st petitioner had committed suicide on 16.04.2025.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions would submit that a case has been registered under Section 194(3)(i) of BNSS and hence the apprehension of arrest is unfounded.

4.It is needless to state that the petitioners apprehension of arrest for a case registered under Section 194(3)(i) of BNSS is unfounded. The respondent have so far not altered the offences. Recording the said fact, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court as and when there is any alteration in the offences.
