( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Friday, the Thirteenth day of August Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7727 of 2021 IN CRL OP.19454/2020 RATHINAM [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE [ RESPONDENT ] DEEVATTIPATTY POLICE STATION, SALEM DISTRICT CR NO.690/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed (ie) the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week , i.e., every Monday until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4364 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of 2020 dated 08/04/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.04.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.
