When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court record stating that as per letter of the second respondent in Ka.No.27/2020 dated 12.10.2022, the petitioner has left the service on 12.10.2019 without any notice. In view of the same, no further proceedings is required in the present writ petition and the same may be closed as withdrawn.
