The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the Petitioner's Revision dated 28.03.2019 on the file of the Second Respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the said revision will be disposed of within a period of eight weeks.

Recording the said submission, this Court without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the Petitioner's Revision dated 28.03.2019 on the file of the Second Respondent on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner and file a compliance report before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 19.08.2019. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
