ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The learned Senior Counsel Mr.R.Singaravelan appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation in their counter affidavit filed on 13th December, 2024 has stated that the case of the petitioner will be considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) after vacating the status quo as per seniority. It is needless to state that all promotions are to be granted in accordance with the rules.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel
