Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.No.1972 /Aa3/2019 dated 10.04.2019 and quash the same and consequently Direct the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school w.e.f 08.09.2018 with all consequential monetary benefits. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has left the service from the 5th respondent's school and hence no further proceeding is required in this writ petition. In this regard he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle.
