ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.251 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to land dispiute, the petitioners along with other accused threatned the defacto complainant with knife and also abused him with filthy language. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
