This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1440 of in Crl.O.P.No.30226 of 2022 on 06.02.2023.

2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been arrested in a different crime number. Therefore, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
