ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.01.2026 before the 1st and 2nd respondents, to conduct election to the Jamath Committee of Periya Pallivasal @ Ahle Hadees Pallivasal Waqf, situated at G.S.No.201/TVLR, Poonamallee at Tiruvallur District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Ms.N.Swathi Priya Raj, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,

directs the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
