ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.22 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.22 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.309 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tiruppur and four witnesses have also been examined.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
