This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein in Crime No. Not known of 2022.
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police shall issue notice to the petitioner for proceeding with the investigation under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
4. In such view of the matter, the respondent police is directed to issue notice to the petitioner for enquiry and in turn the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation. If at all, the respondent police finds it is purely civil dispute, then the parties shall be relegated to approach civil court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
