This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.6348 of 2023 on 23.03.2023 to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
