Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioners made a representation on 17.06.2015 to the third respondent stating that despite the possession having been handed over, no sale deed has been executed inspite of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.633/94, dated 20.02.1998, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pollachi.
It is further stated in the said representation that the appeal filed before the Sub Court in A.S.No.107/2005 also has been dismissed on 22.08.2006. Thus, in the said representation, the petitioner sought for execution of sale deed, followed by levy of property tax.
3. Though a larger prayer has been made, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the representation dated 17.06.2015 of the petitioners is directed to be disposed of. Therefore, considering the said submission, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioners on 17.06.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
