2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider his representation dated 05.09.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner seeks for reduction of licence fee.

3.The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be acceded to. The petitioner having willingly participated in the tender cum auction and offered the licence amount, cannot compel this Court to issue a mandamus to direct the respondents to reduce the licence fee.
