Heard Mr.G.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate for respondents. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner, who is an Archagar in Arulmigu Veda Vinayagar Thirukoil, Chennai has filed this Writ Petition to direct the 1st respondent to consider his appeal petition dated 28.08.2014, received by the office of the 1st respondent on the same day (vide the date seal). In fact the petitioner was advised by the Executing officer to resort to such appeal prescribed by the proceedings of the executive officer dated 11.06.2014. The appeal is still pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the 1st respondent.

3. In the light of the above, without going into the petitioner's contention, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal petition after notice to the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
