ORDER

Challenging the case in Crime No.770 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in this case, this Court has granted direction to the first respondent police not to file final report in respect of FIR in Crime No.770 of 2021 till the disposal of the criminal original petititon. However, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the direction given by this Court has not been intimated. In any event, now having completed the investigation, the final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court in C.C.No.12725 of 2022.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
