Crl.O.P.No.12472 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.12472 of 2024 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J., This Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 23.04.2025, in the cause title portion, the name of the petitioner is wrongly mentioned as Rakesh Kumar, but the correct spelling is 'Rakhesh Kumaar', thereby pleaded to incorporate the same in the order.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to delete the name of the petitioner, viz., in the cause title portion, 'Rakesh Kumar' and type as 'Rakhesh Kumaar' in the said place and issue a fresh order copy. This Petition is clarified accordingly.
